Mango Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumber
- 1/2 finely minced serrano pepper
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/3 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves
- Salt and pepper
Directions
The serrano pepper has a great bite to it, but it can get overwhelming. Remove the ribs and seeds to reduce the amount of heat in the salsa.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill overnight for best results. Serve with grilled pork or grilled salmon.
